Fresno Association of REALTORS® Chooses the Showing Suite MLS Version for all of Their Members

Over 3,000 Agents in Fresno will soon have access to Showing Suite’s free MLS showing system.

Members will be able to schedule all their showings within and outside the MLS.

Showing Suite, Inc. is proud to announce that Fresno Association of REALTORS® (FAR) will be implementing Showing Suite’s showing scheduling software for their MLS. A great addition to any MLS, FAR decided Showing Suite was a good fit for their 3,200 members. Members will be able to schedule all their showings within and outside the MLS.

Showing Suite is working directly with Rapattoni, Fresno’s MLS Software provider, to add a “schedule a showing” button to each listing. Clicking this link will use Single Sign On to log the member into their Showing Suite account. Once logged in they’ll be able to schedule a showing according to the preferences that the listing agent indicates.

Buyers agents can use their free account to quickly create showing tours. A showing tour will include each listing with a confirmed showing appointment. The buyer’s agent has everything they need to arrange the tour in their account. They can ask questions to the listing agent, schedule and re-arrange showings, and map the showing tour. All of the information about the listings can be printed, emailed to buyers, or shared in the Showing Note mobile app. Showing Note is like EVERNOTE for showings; it allows buyers to take photos, videos, and notes at each listing and save everything in one place. Along with being able to access their showing tours, users receive updates about the listings they have seen and can share their notes and pictures with fellow collaborators or on social media.

Each listing agent will have a set of free features in their account as well. The listing agent will choose if they want to allow buyers to schedule showings on their listings using the Showing Suite calendar. Appointment requests submitted through the calendar can trigger an automatic showing request email to confirm the appointment or suggest a different time. These emails may be sent directly to the listing agent, the seller, an office admin, or any combination of parties that may need to confirm the showing.

Listing agents will also have the option of enabling an enhanced showing scheduling system called Showing Robot on their listings. Showing Robot allows the listing agent to enable phone calls and text messages for appointment confirmation in addition to email. With the “Text2Show” service buyers can schedule showings by texting the local Showing Robot number provided to the listing agent to find that property, see the mobile flyer, and choose a time for a showing. This number can save agents money because they won’t have to subscribe to an additional service to get a sign rider text-message marketing system for their listings. If the buyers want an immediate showing they can select the “InstaShow” button which will try to get them into the showing as soon as possible.

Showing Robot is just the tip of the iceberg for Showing Suite Ultimate subscribers. Listing agents will also be able to gather showing feedback using Showing Suite’s award winning Home Feedback system. They will be able to generate powerful statistical reports for each listing so they can make modifications to sell homes as quickly as possible. Additional features in a Showing Suite Ultimate account include the Home Followup CRM, Customer Satisfaction Surveys and a robust mobile app to manage showings on the go.
