A major improvement to the Federal Hill neighborhood of South Baltimore is nearing completion. Formerly the site of a rather unattractive warehouse and office building, there are now 153 industrial-chic apartments and 6,000 square feet of retail space known as 2 East Wells.

2 East Wells apartments in Federal Hill feature a mix of Studio, 1 and 2 bedroom luxury apartments with spacious floor plans and 9 foot ceilings.
