The McQuaig Institute Helping Women Veterans Re-enter the Workforce
Toronto, ON (PRWEB) March 02, 2015 -- Leading talent management solutions provider, The McQuaig Institute is proud to be part of the very first Reinvent Workshop on March 5, helping US women veterans transition into the civilian workforce.
The McQuaig Institute will be using its powerful behavioral assessment tool to help the 50 women veterans taking part in the event at Fort Bragg to better understand their natural strengths and how to position themselves with potential employers.
“This is such an amazing cause, and I’m so glad we can be part of helping these women, who served their country, succeed now that they’re re-entering civilian life,” said Kristen Harcourt, Senior Consultant at The McQuaig Institute, who will be working with the participants.
The Reinvent Workshop was created by Operation Reinvent and is part of an intensive 4-week program designed to help these veterans find employment commensurate with their skills.
