Dr. Machon is an Executive Coach and Life Coach with over 20 years experience working within major multinational organizations. His specialty is developing other coaches in their practices.
In addition to his expertise in coaching, Dr. Machon is a qualified Psychotherapist, PhD Scientist and experienced Change Practitioner, specializing in facilitating individual, team and organizational change. He received his Master Certified Coach (MCC) credentialing through the International Coach Federation (ICF). The MCC is recognized as the highest level of credentialing and is level of skill and experience shared by only one percent of coaches worldwide. Machon is also a visiting teaching fellow in Positive Psychology at Buckingham New University in London.
One of the guiding principles in Dr. Machon’s practice is the belief that coaching is vital to discovering your most authentic and resourceful self.
