Washington, DC (PRWEB) December 30, 2015
LoveWed, a startup, launched today with a Tinder-like app for wedding planning. The app allows brides-to-be to like photos simply by swiping right, or left if they don’t like a photo, then contact vendors that they get matched with.
As brides swipe left or right on pictures, the app will quickly create recommendations for local vendors, such as Photographers, Videographers, Venues, DJs, Bakeries, Caterers, and Boutiques that are available for their wedding.
The founder of LoveWed, Levi Thornton, said, “The app changes the way brides plan their wedding. No longer do they have to spend weeks or months endlessly searching boring wedding planning websites, trying to decide which vendors they like. When they can just swipe right on the photos they love and get matched to local vendors in just a few minutes, then decide which one of their top matches are right for their wedding day.”
He also added, “With the launch of our app we have added 4,992 award winning wedding photographers from all across the United States, and have another 2,345 waiting to be approved with our next release. We expect to have over 200,000 vendors in just a few short months based on the the amount of demand and feedback we have gotten from wedding professionals at this point.”
