Award reflects company’s consistently high level of customer service

Grand Rapids realtor Cheryl Grant has earned the service industry’s coveted Angie’s List Super Service Award, reflecting an exemplary year of service provided to members of the local services marketplace and consumer review site in 2014.

“The entire Cheryl Grant team is focused on making what can be a stressful experience – buying or selling a home – as easy and enjoyable as possible,” said Cheryl Grant. “This award, because it’s based on what our clients actually say about us, tells me we’re delivering on our mission. I want to thank all the clients who took the time over the past year to post about their experiences with us on Angie’s List!”

Those reviews included comments like these:

“(Cheryl) kept us informed every step of the way. She kept us calm when needed as well, with good advice and emotional support in a stressful time.”

“Cheryl has a very experienced eye, and she always gave us many important details to consider, the pros and the cons, making our decision process much much easier.”

“I am convinced that without Cheryl we would not have gotten a wonderful house in our dream neighborhood.”

This is the second consecutive year Grant and her team have earned the award.

The award announcement coincides with some big moves for Grant’s business – she recently expanded her team, relocated to Keller Williams Realty and introduced a new visual brand.

“We’re now better positioned to deliver superior customer service to the increasing numbers of buyers and sellers entering the Grand Rapids housing market,” said Grant.

“Only about 5 percent of the real estate agents in Grand Rapids have performed so consistently well enough to earn our Super Service Award,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks. “It’s a really high standard.”

Angie’s List Super Service Award 2014 winners have met strict eligibility requirements, which include an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade, and review period grade; the company must be in good standing with Angie’s List, pass a background check and abide by Angie’s List operational guidelines.

Service company ratings are updated daily on Angie’s List. Companies are graded on an A through F scale in areas ranging from price to professionalism to punctuality.
