March 17th-19th: Turkic American Convention - Turkic American Alliance
Washington,D.C. (PRWEB) March 04, 2015 -- Turkic American Convention & Business Summit will take place on March 17th – 19th, 2015. Organizers of the convention, Turkic American Alliance, Turkic American Chamber of Commerce and TUSKON-USA estimate that the 3 day event will attract some 200 businesspersons and government officials from Central Asia, Africa and Eurasia, in addition to 150 guests from all corners of the United States. In previous years, the event has attracted approximately 50 Members of Congress, like House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Senator Roger Wicker, as well as dozens of dignitaries and high officials from different countries, ambassadors and community leaders from all over the world each year.
This year, the focus of the convention will be facilitating trade and investment. Business leaders and government officials will meet their counterparts from all parts of the world to discuss opportunities for collaboration and increasing trade and investment. A breakfast meeting at Ronald Reagan World Trade Center, a reception at Russell Senate Office Building and the Gala at Willard InterContinental will provide a platform for the attendees to do that, while more intimate meetings in smaller groups throughout the convention will give the guests a chance to discuss issues pertinent to them in more detail.
