New Survey Reveals “Lack of Time” Is the Number #1 Barrier to Innovative Thinking
(PRWEB) February 28, 2015 -- Gerald “Solutionman” Haman surveyed over 10,000 people to discover what their main blocks or barriers to innovative thinking. “The #1 block was lack of time and the #2 block was lack of tools,” reports Haman, who created the Thinkubator Innovation Studio in Chicago. Statistics revealed that 57% of people felt that they did not have enough time for innovative thinking and 41% wanted more tools and resources to stimulate innovation.
Solutionman’s monthly “Accelerating Innovation Training” workshops address the “lack of time-saving innovation tools” by providing every participant with his KnowBrainer Innovation Tool that speeds up thinking and increases creativity by over 540%. More than 100,000 KnowBrainer Tools have been sold to people in over 30 countries. KnowBrainers are available in English, Spanish and Arabic on Amazon.com and SolutionPeopleStore.com for $99.00. The “analog” KnowBrainer has been transformed into the iKnowBrainer App that is available on iTunes for $99.00.
“I left a successful career at Procter & Gamble to start a business to help people use their whole brain,” said Haman, who started SolutionPeople Innovation over 20 years ago. Since, 2001, Solutionman has trained over 50,000 people to think better, faster and smarter. Recently, Haman led a public workshop at his Thinkubator Innovation Studio in downtown Chicago. The sold-out workshop included innovators from Roche Healthcare, Northwestern University and dozens of other companies.
The Association for Talent Development (ATD) awarded Haman a “Learning Excellence Citation” for achieving outstanding results and noted, ““Accelerating Innovation is one-of-a-kind program that generated a 75% increase in innovation knowledge and a 30% increase in innovation ability. Accelerating Innovation created business solutions worth millions of dollars in new revenue and cost efficiencies, as well as billions worth of new accounts.”
Dan Love, President of Medline Industries, revealed “I highly recommend Accelerating Innovation training if you want to jump start your organization on producing innovative products or services.”
To celebrate having just trained student number 50,001, Haman has decided to reveal his “brain training secrets” by publishing a free 110-page eBook entitled, DISCOVER HOW AND WHY INNOVATORS GAIN MORE ROI (RETURN ON IDEAS) BY TRAINING BRAINS.”
The book reveals why thousands of people are willing to invest $2,500 to attend the 2-day Accelerating Innovation Workshop, $10,000 to become a Certified Innovation Trainer and $15,000 to become a Certified Innovation Facilitator. Workshop graduates target Return On Ideas (ROI) that yield a financial value that ranges from 100% to 660%. Graduates also target saving or gaining 3 hours of time for every hour they invest in training. “For example, if you invest 16 hours to attend the 2-day innovation workshop, you should save or gain at least 48 hours of time by implementing the tools and techniques,” reports Haman.
Katie Schelp from McDonald’s said, “I attended Accelerating Innovation training and then sent the rest of my department. Whenever I hold or attend a meeting, people are amazed at the amount and quality of ideas that come out it. I attribute much of that to the training.”
Haman is skilled at helping people think very quickly. He set the world brainstorming record by generating 454,000 ideas in just 60 minutes with 8,000 people at the Singapore Stadium.
