Sunrise’s fade-resistant inks are also scuff and scratch-resistant for long-term use. The finished coasters have flame-polished edges that are crystal clear and look like clear glass even from the side

When Sunrise Hitek branched out into large format flatbed printing, they took their motto “print on anything” seriously and rolled out a variety of innovative products. Now they are pleased to introduce their custom printed clear acrylic coasters https://www.sunrisehitek.com/product/coasters. Acrylic coasters from Sunrise are printed on thick 0.5” clear acrylic on their 6-color UV flatbed at 1200dpi resolution. Opacity is achieved by layering white ink under 4-color process for enhanced contrast and visibility when coaster is placed over dark surfaces. Another asset to the opaque white layer is that these coasters can be placed on any color surface and still maintain clear visibility. The reverse printing method allows the image to show through the acrylic for a super glossy view from the top.
They are able to print these coasters at a reasonable cost by placing hundreds of parts on a large vacuum table. Due to this process order quantities from one set to thousands can be accommodated. They are sold as a set of four 4”x4” coasters. Sunrise’s fade-resistant inks are also scuff and scratch-resistant for long-term use. The finished coasters have flame-polished edges that are crystal clear and look like clear glass even from the side.
