First Class Vacations, Inc. Expansion Plan Creates 400 Jobs In South Florida
BOCA RATON, Fla - (March 3, 2015) (PRWEB) March 03, 2015 -- President/CEO Jeff Nahom of First Class Vacations, Inc. (FCV), an innovator in the travel industry for the past 10 years, announced the next step in his trailblazing expansion plan. To fulfill his vision for the future of FCV, Nahom continues forward with the addition of 400 fun, exciting and well-compensated positions as travel sales specialists in FCV’s Boca Raton, Florida headquarters and a news sales center planned for the Boynton Beach, Florida area. To insure the success of the expansion plans, recruitment for additional support staff positions is also underway to support its travel sales specialists and accommodate the anticipated growth in sales while maintaining the high level of customer service FCV clients receive.
Ancillary benefits to the innovative FCV expansion plan include creating an increased demand for new jobs in the travel and tourism industries to accommodate the additional business generated for them by FCV, higher occupancy rates for hotels and cruise ships plus additional staffing opportunities created at destination attractions and supporting businesses.
Nahom has combined years of experience in the travel industry with his entrepreneurial drive to create a unique process that will fulfill the increased demand for travel-related services and generate new travelers. This approach brings together the fast-growing markets of young adults, affluent travelers and vacationers looking to get the best value for their travel dollars with an ideal agency environment to present the many packaged and custom vacation options that FCV offers. The personal service offered by FCV and its highly trained travel specialists will equate to increased sales, stronger revenues and new, satisfied customers.
FCV travel options range from all-inclusive vacations to major cities, luxury cruise packages to fun destinations in the U.S. such as Disney World, ski resorts, national parks other landmarks across America, as well as popular international destinations. Its clients are domestic and foreign travelers seeking a vacation without the hassle and expense of researching and booking travel on their own, while also receiving the personal service that cannot be found with online travel sites.
As the first step, FCV started 2014 by moving to a new 10,000-square-foot facility and adding 15 positions to demonstrate that the expansion concept works. These added positions have resulted in an increase of 41.4% in revenue. Nahom said, “The success we achieved when we hired 15 new staff members earlier this year has emboldened me to continue our expansion plans and add another new 400 positions.”
Having produced verifiable results, the next step in Nahom’s expansion plan calls for increasing the current staff of travel sales specialists to fill the 200 available positions on the day shift and add an evening shift with 200 new positions and support staff and opening a new sales center in the Boynton Beach, Florida area. Each travel sales specialist will be trained to assist travelers with a wide variety of travel options and destinations in the United States and abroad.
In reviewing the overall needs of current job seekers, Nahom has recognized that senior citizens, military veterans and the handicapped often face a challenging time finding employment that provides adequate compensation to support themselves and their families. To provide opportunities for the disabled, Nahom even offers a program that will permit them to work from home.
“At First Class Vacations,” Nahom continued, “we are addressing critical issues facing seniors, veterans and the handicapped in South Florida. We are offering a better compensation package than is available to most of our community who are searching for employment.”
He further reported that “Some of my best, most productive employees continue to be senior citizens and veterans. Those employees tell me how working at First Class Vacations keeps their minds sharp and gives them a strong sense of satisfaction. Now we are focusing on expanding our staff and opening an additional sales center to include this very specialized, experienced and overlooked work force.”
