ProviDyn Launches New, Interactive Website Built for Customer Service and Support

ProviDyn, a provider of IT support, strategy and services for small and medium-sized businesses and nonprofits, today debuted its new, mobile-optimized website. The site features a dramatically updated look and feel, but more importantly, it is tightly integrated with ProviDyn’s quoting, communications and support platforms.

ProviDyn, a provider of IT support, strategy and services for small and medium-sized businesses and nonprofits, today debuted its new, mobile-optimized website. The site features a dramatically updated look and feel, but more importantly, it is tightly integrated with ProviDyn’s quoting, communications and support platforms. The site also offers two different experiences―for either technology professionals or business users―based upon a site visitor’s selection from the home page.

“Our hallmark is customer service, not only with our IT offerings but also with every aspect of our business,” said ProviDyn President and CEO Hamish Davidson. “We asked customers and ProviDyn engineers for their suggestions and incorporated them along with improvements we identified during our own review process.”

ProviDyn spent several months designing and developing the site, releasing it only when every aspect of the project met its exacting requirements. Specialized features of the new site include:

  •     A chat function for sales questions.
  •     Access to the ProviDyn support ticketing system for existing clients.
  •     Integration with ProviDyn support tools so company engineers can host remote access sessions with customers for problem solving.
  •     Assimilation with the invoicing system so customers can download their statements directly from the site.

To further enhance the site experience, visitors can select a track on the home page―IT Professionals or Business Professionals―that leads them to targeted information on ProviDyn’s offerings. Optionally, they can remain on the main site and select one of several menu options to read more information, explore the benefits of ProviDyn’s service model, or jump straight to the support or chat interfaces.

“The Internet has become a portal for so much more than simple information, and our new site reflects that evolution,” said Davidson. “The site’s new features―and its mobile optimization―lets current and future customers to communicate and work with us in the way that is most comfortable for them.”
