IAQM VetClean tackles EHV1 equine killer virus with NTHJC sponsorship
Forney TX (PRWEB) March 04, 2015 -- IAQM VetClean is proud to announce its exclusive partnership with the North Texas Hunter Jumper Club (NTHJC). In 2015, IAQM VetClean will provide the winners of the four Hunter Derby events with exclusive decontamination services for transport trailers. From transport trailers and stalls, to entire training facilities, IAQM VetClean is the only company that eliminates all biological, chemical, and viral contaminants safely and without harming the environment.
The winners of the NTHJC Hunter Derby competitions on March 14th, April 11th, June 27th, and Nov 14th will receive a complete transport vehicle decontamination, disinfection, and detail, valued at over $1,700. In 2015, IAQM VetClean will provide over $40,000 in services to affirm its commitment to the NTHJC and other organizations in the equine community.
Due to the recent tragic deaths of two horses in Galveston County, caused by a sometimes lethal strain of the herpes virus (EHV-1), the equine circle is on high alert. EHV-1 can affect horses of all breeds and ages and it is spread via direct contact, indirect contact, and through the air. Competitors intermixing animals at competitions are a major concern. These diseases can quarantine a barn, end a competition season, and by default, ruin a great reputation. The states with current EHV-1 quarantines or concerns are Texas, Virginia, New Jersey, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Idaho, and California.
IAQM LLC (Indoor Air Quality Management) has been decontaminating businesses and residences since 2001. IAQM LLC maintains A+ ratings with both Angie's List and the Better Business Bureau.
