"Service remains our core focus. Relativity continues to be a platform that resonates with our clients and is a significant part of our ability to ensure success" Garrett Bendel, COO CDS

Complete Discovery Source (CDS), a leading eDiscovery provider, announced today that it has once again achieved kCura’s “Orange-Level Relativity Best in Service” recognition for outstanding and exceptional customer service for Relativity end users. This is the fourth consecutive year CDS has earned the Orange-Level designation. An early adopter of the eDiscovery platform, CDS has also been a Relativity Best in Service partner since the program’s inception. In 2011, CDS was among the first group of service providers to achieve Orange-Level status and, as recognized by kCura in 2015, is the first to deliver the comprehensive Relativity platform end to end.

The process to earn the Best in Service designation became more rigorous in 2015 with increased performance requirements, determined by precise metrics built into the eDiscovery platform. Through a voluntary audit, Relativity Best in Service partners demonstrate their expertise and experience hosting projects in Relativity. kCura evaluates partners in three areas: technical infrastructure, customer service, and product expertise. Best in Service partners also meet a set of requirements for their duration as a hosting partner, size of Relativity installations, and core Relativity certifications.

Garrett Bendel, Chief Operating Officer at CDS, commented, “We appreciate being recognized on our merits and ability to better serve our clients. Service remains our core focus. Relativity continues to be a platform that resonates with our clients and is a significant part of our ability to ensure success in the field.”

Over the last decade, CDS has invested heavily in the people, process, and technology to handle one of the industry’s largest eDiscovery footprints – able to handle complex, Big Data for major corporations, firms, and government agencies.
“We’re excited to recognize CDS as a Relativity Best in Service partner,” said Andrew Sieja, president and CEO of kCura. “CDS has gone above and beyond to meet the expectations of our Best in Service evaluation, showing outstanding dedication to their customer’s Relativity experience.”
