Rebekah is a great fit for The Rogers Agency because of her customer service focus, her teamwork, her diverse skills that allow us to utilize her experiences across multiple platforms, and the quality of her work.
Chesapeake, VA (PRWEB) March 05, 2015
The Rogers Agency recently hired Rebekah Hughes as its Web and Graphic Designer. A resident of Newport News and a graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Hughes brings more than 18 years of website design experience to the team. In addition to creating and implementing more than 100 websites, she has additional experience as a graphic artist in designing brochures, posters, business cards, banners, fliers and numerous other digital and print collateral. Furthermore, Hughes combines her knowledge of SEO with her skills as a writer in creating effective written content for multiple client projects.
The Rogers Agency has been serving its clients in a full service capacity, including Web and Graphic Design, but until hiring Hughes, much of that work has been outsourced to partnering businesses. With a growing demand for these services, David Rogers, President of The Rogers Agency, decided it was time to hire an in-house professional to provide these services to its clients.
In addition to web design, Hughes brings her graphic design skills to The Rogers Agency. Rogers explains, "after several meetings of getting to know Rebekah and learning more about her talents, I found her to be an excellent fit for our agency and the services that we provide." He continues, "Rebekah is a great fit for The Rogers Agency because of her customer service focus, her teamwork, her diverse skills that allow us to utilize her experiences across multiple platforms, and the quality of her work. In today's workforce, it's necessary to have multiple skill sets along with the ability to interact personally with clients and co-workers; and Rebekah has all of the above."
When asked why Hughes chose to work for The Rogers Agency, she replied, "I was thrilled to be offered the opportunity to join the team at The Rogers Agency, because I recognized that this organization was different than many typical agencies. The Rogers Agency is comprised of a first-class team of professionals who not only love what they do, but who genuinely care about providing the best possible solutions for the particular needs of every client. So when they expressed an interest in having me join their team and help implement a new creative division within their organization, I jumped at the opportunity to work with such a reputable company and group of established, respected professionals. It's exactly the kind of organization I want to be a part of. It is an honor and a privilege to be a member of The Rogers Agency team."
In her time at The Rogers Agency thus far, Hughes has enjoyed working on a variety of projects. Hughes explains, "It's hard to define what I love most about web and graphic design, but ultimately I believe it's that each project offers a unique opportunity for me to be creative. I love marketing and advertising, but I am passionate about design - whether it is for a printed brochure, a company logo, or a new website, etc. It is truly rewarding to create a beautiful design for a client that will, in turn, contribute to their success."
The Rogers Agency is honored to have Rebekah Hughes as its Web and Graphic Designer and look forward to further success for its clients with Hughes as a member of its team.
