Digitel Corporation announced today that it now offers enterprise cloud-based, unified communications powered by the Avaya IP Office Platform.

Digitel Corporation announced that it now offers cloud-based, unified communications for greater customer and team engagement for your business. Digitel’s solution is powered by the Avaya IP Office™ platform to provide customers with a market-leading engagement solution with flexible, monthly usage-based pricing that can be adjusted as their needs change.

The Digitel solution powered by the Avaya IP Office platform will provide voice, web conferencing, messaging, IM/presence, mobility as an integrated solution set.

As part of this new solution, Digitel Corporation will also deliver a variety of services including:

  • Data Center Services including hosting, SIP trunks, virtual desktop, virtual servers and managed IT services – all on a single monthly bill.
  • Professional services to allow customers to customize advanced solutions such as contact centers and multi-site office connectivity.
