Jamieson Wardall Joins Aerovox Corp as Director of Engineering
New Bedford, MA (PRWEB) March 04, 2015 -- Aerovox Corp. has announced that Jamieson Wardall has recently joined the company as Director of Engineering. Jamieson has over 15 years’ experience in new product design and development, operations and manufacturing in the semiconductor industry.
Before joining Aerovox, he was an Applications Manager at Texas Instruments where he provided leadership and direction to project teams by understanding customer requirements. Prior to that, he held engineering and management positions at ON Semiconductor, MAXIM, National Semiconductor and Folsom Research. He started his career with the U.S. Air Force. He also is a US patent holder and has published many technical documents in a variety of IC devices.

Jamieson earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering from California State University and his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University. He received training in military electronics from the U.S. Air Force and holds a certification in project management.
