Many of the home plans we have in stock already utilize some of the 2015 trends, such as open floor plans, high ceilings and outdoor kitchens.
New York, NY (PRWEB) March 05, 2015
As The Plan Collection LLC maps out its 2015 goals, the company is expanding its home-plan inventory to include some of the hottest trends from the 2015 National Association of Home Builders’ International Builders Show (IBS), held in January. From bigger family rooms to open floor plans, flexible spaces and cleaner footprints, the ideal 2015 home will be a testimony of changing lifestyles and perspectives.
“We are looking forward to implementing the new home-plan concepts we learned about from the NAHB show,” Brian Toolan, company president said. “Many of the home plans we have in stock already utilize some of the 2015 trends, such as open floor plans, high ceilings and outdoor kitchens.”
The Plan Collection intends to focus on key features from the 2015 New American Home, which is constructed annually in conjunction with IBS and showcased at the NAHB, as it considers new plans to be launched on the site. The four-bedroom, 5,891-square-foot desert contemporary home, built and designed by Las Vegas builder Blue Heron, features photovoltaic panels, spray-foam insulation, a weather-sensitive irrigation system, high-efficiency water heaters, hydronic air handlers, intelligent fireplaces, an open floor plan, an outdoor courtyard and an infinity pool with city views.
“We truly pride ourselves on being an industry leader that potential house-plan buyers look to for current trends and industry innovations. We help them plan and build their dream home from concept to completion,” added Toolan.
