2015 PSA Contest for Colorado High School Students Now Open
Denver, CO (PRWEB) March 06, 2015 -- The 2015 McDivitt PSA Contest is now open! Each spring, McDivitt Law Firm holds a state-wide PSA contest for high school students in Colorado as part of the firm’s McDivitt Makes a Difference program. One of the biggest goals of McDivitt Makes a Difference is to keep Colorado roads safe for everyone in the community. This PSA contest is designed to help high school students send an effective safe-driving message to their peers.
How it Works
All PSA entries submitted by the deadline will be reviewed by two groups of people. The first group includes executives at McDivitt Law Firm, looking for the content of the message. All entries will then also be reviewed by a team of TV advertising executives from Ventura, California, looking for quality of production and story-telling. The winning PSA will be aired on TV throughout the state for two weeks in May, 2015, and the student or students who create the winning PSA will receive a grand prize.
The topics of the PSA can touch on anything related to distracted driving: from text messaging and putting on make-up, to substance abuse, and drinking and driving.
What You’ll Win
In addition to having their PSA air on TV throughout Colorado, the student or team of students who submit the winning PSA will be able to choose one of the following two prizes:
