Who should attend? This class is ideal for Product Managers/Business Analysts, Functional/Operational Managers, Project Sponsors, and IT Leadership (Managers/Directors/VPs/CIOs/CTOs). Members of the Project Management Institute will earn 14 Professional Development Units (PDUs) toward maintaining their existing credentials by attending this class.

Kate Megaw, CST, PMP, will lead the two classes. Megaw holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management from The Queen’s University of Belfast, Northern Ireland. Kate Megaw is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) from the Scrum Alliance and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) with The Braintrust Consulting Group. With over 12 years of industry experience, Megaw has managed and led teams for global companies like XcitekSolutionsPlus (XSP) and H&R Block.
