New York, NY (PRWEB) March 12, 2015 -- Transportation startup Rally Bus has engaged the growth agency Catch New York to redesign the company’s brand and digital presence, beginning with its mobile application and web site.
Rally Bus (http://www.rallybus.net) is a crowd-powered, on-demand event travel company that applies technology to the charter bus industry. It recently raised a $1.25 million seed round, with investors including the YEI Innovation Fund, a fund run by Yale Entrepreneurial Institute, Connecticut Innovations, and First Niagara Bank, as well as other angel investors.
Part of Catch’s responsibilities include re-imagining and simplifying the user experience, especially as it relates to the complex eco-system of connecting rides with riders in a seamless and easy way. Catch’s solution will include new tools to help Rally Bus and its customers use social media to help discover the application and the rides it can provide.
Steve MacKinnon, CTO of Catch, is leading the Rally Bus engagement with a newly expanded development team. Executive Creative Director Marco Cignini and the Catch design team are leading the creative development.
"We were looking for an agency partner to help us strengthen our digital presence, refine our branding and continue to enhance our user experience," says Numaan Akram, founder and CEO of Rally Bus. "Catch New York is helping us guide our re-brand, working closely with our team so we're able to execute on many projects at once for streamlined customer engagement and smoother, more effective social media interaction for our riders."
