Changing the name to OneNeck IT Solutions provides our customers in the Pacific Northwest with greater visibility into the additional capabilities and IT expertise our company offers.
BEND, Ore. (PRWEB) March 05, 2015
The Vault, a Tier III data center in Bend, Oregon, is changing its name to OneNeck IT Solutions. The name change follows the recent acquisition of BendBroadband in September 2014 by Telephone and Data Systems (TDS).
“Changing the name to OneNeck IT Solutions provides our customers in the Pacific Northwest with greater visibility into the additional capabilities and IT expertise our company offers,” says Phil LaForge, president and CEO of OneNeck.
As part of the OneNeck IT Solutions family of data centers, businesses throughout Oregon and Washington can expect access to the following:
- Colocation services: OneNeck will provide the infrastructure, operations and 24/7 support which allows businesses to lower operating expenses, reduce capital expenses, deploy new IT solutions faster and scale as needed.
- ReliaCloud®: An enterprise-class IT infrastructure designed for resource-intensive applications and databases that require a compliant operational framework and the most secure cloud will be available at several of OneNeck’s Tier 3 data center locations.
- Managed Services and ERP Application Management: OneNeck offers not only data center solutions but also application, database, network management, around-the-clock customer support, disaster recovery and desktop support services, customers have come to expect. These solutions are designed to free businesses from the necessary but time-consuming chore of monitoring and managing their mission-critical IT infrastructure.
The data center in Bend was built to meet the most stringent compliance audit qualifications. The facility provides reliable and secure data storage options, colocation and cloud solutions and is Uptime Institute certified as a Tier III data center. It is also LEED Gold certified and among just a handful of colocation facilities in the nation to earn EPA Energy Star certification.
“As part of the larger OneNeck family, customers contracting space in our Bend facility can now connect with our team of talented and certified personnel,” LaForge added. “Our customers also gain access to our world-class data centers located in the Midwest and Southwest parts of the U.S.”
OneNeck offers a full suite of hybrid IT solutions including cloud and hosting solutions; ReliaCloud enterprise cloud services; managed services; ERP application management; professional services; and IT hardware.
Though the Vault name is changing to OneNeck IT Solutions, BendBroadband and Zolo Media continue to be managed by TDS Telecom, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TDS.
