Local, family-owned company invites public to join for an early-week Grand Opening ceremony, followed by a weekend that includes free seminars, music, food and prizes

Green Acres Nursery & Supply – a prominent, family-owned plant and garden accessories provider, serving the greater Sacramento, CA area since 2003 – is inviting the public to their ribbon cutting and opening ceremony on Monday, March 16, from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. Locals are also invited to “dig into Spring” the following weekend with a two-day Grand Opening celebration at the newly opened location. The weekend celebration, which will be held March 21-22, 2015, promises to be a weekend of gardening inspiration, giveaways, workshops, food and much more.

The new Elk Grove, CA location is spread across a 6.8 acre site which includes: a 1,330 square-foot wet greenhouse for indoor plants, a 15,000 square-foot annual and perennial greenhouse and 33,200 square-feet of landscape supply, pottery and outdoor living patio furniture, grills and accessories. The new location will also help the local economy, creating 85 new jobs.
