Holonis' Platform Proves Its Impact and Reach with Startup Takeover Competition
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) March 06, 2015 -- Holonis, Inc., a revolutionary integrated digital marketplace whose mission is to support the success of business everywhere, will host Startup Takeover, a competition of emerging startups using the Holonis platform. The competition will help these selected companies gear up for SXSW in Austin, March 13-17.
Each participating company will use the Holonis platform to build, manage and optimize their online presence leading up to SXSW. Holonis also invited each startup to participate in a number of parties, events and activities sponsored by Holonis involving marketing, social media, and press interviews, as a showcase for the competitors’ entrepreneurial prowess.
“Launching Holonis at SXSW with the ability for businesses to engage with our new modernized marketplace to promote their companies at Startup Takeover is exciting,” stated Richard B. Hollis, founder and CEO. “Empowering and inspiring businesses to digitize their marketing efforts with a full set of integrated marketing tools in this interactive contest will help them gain incredible exposure.”
Throughout the Startup Takeover competition, each company will be awarded points based on various activities achieved on the platform and offline. Those with the highest engagement, content publication and traffic driven to their Holospace and participation at each event in Austin will earn more points toward their overall score.
While at SXSW, the companies can also earn points for their participation and creativity during a grand finale event, during which participants take over the Holonis booth, located at Startup Central, Booth #935, to exhibit their unique value proposition to the crowd in an anything-goes presentation. From March 16 to 17, each company will takeover the booth, complete with a 20-foot LED screen, to showcase their creativity, engagement, and technology for 10 minutes each.
Each startup has set themselves apart in their field and earned their spot in the Startup Takeover, representing a variety of technology. Participating companies include:
