Company Receives Superior Portfolio Distinction for Providing Exceptional Service to Customers

ROSS Management Services, a leader in multifamily property management, today announced that it was recognized for having a Superior Portfolio Score in SatisFacts’ 2014 National Resident Satisfaction Awards.

ROSS Management Services won the award based on scores residents gave them on their satisfaction surveys during 2014. The company received an average score between 4 and 4.49 during the year placing them in the Superior Portfolio Score category.

Miskovich, chief operating officer of ROSS Management Services. “We consider the needs of our residents in every decision we make, and we are honored to see that commitment reflected in our customer satisfaction scores and the Superior Portfolio Score distinction.”

ROSS Management Services delivers customer satisfaction surveys to its residents at least three times during their lease term – at move-in, after every work order and prior to renewal – to determine their satisfaction with the level of service they have received.

“Our customers are paramount in everything we do, so building strong, meaningful relationships with both our residents and the owners of the communities we manage is our No. 1 priority,” Miskovich says. “We know that there are several key points during a resident’s lease where apartment communities can make or break that relationship. And the strength of that relationship at renewal is vital to our ability to retain the residents living at our apartment communities.”

In addition, ROSS Management Services encourages its on-site associates to deliver on its customer service promise through its Customer Service Circle of Excellence Awards. The awards recognize associates and apartment communities that provide great customer service, which is benchmarked using the community’s SatisFacts scores.

ROSS Management Services has received an award from SatisFacts’ National Resident Satisfaction Awards every year for superior service since it began working with the company.
