Real Time Ordering is the New Online Ordering Provider for Pick Up Stix® Restaurants
Fullerton, CA (PRWEB) March 11, 2015 -- Real Time Ordering announces that it has installed its online ordering software with the Pick Up Stix® chain of restaurants. With more than 70 restaurants serving fresh high-quality Asian cuisine, Pick Up Stix selected Real Time Ordering (RTO) to replace a previous provider which had fallen off in their features and service.
Jason Kiefer, a co-founder of RTO, said that he was initially contacted because the company has gained recognition for providing customized online ordering solutions. “When Pick Up Stix called they were searching for a more modern look to their online ordering platform. They also had restaurants experiencing a number of customer complaints due to lost orders,” Kiefer said. “I let them know that it’s our policy to create a unique look and feel for every restaurant based on their branding and messages. And of course, the bottom line is we have to make sure every order gets to the restaurant.”
He further explained that if the internet connection at the restaurant goes down, RTO calls the restaurant to dictate the order, and if necessary, temporarily will shut down the service. And if RTO isn’t able to contact the store, they will call an emergency contact, and even telephone the customer to let him/her know. “That’s all a part of our service,” Kiefer said.
Dan Bjorback, the Information Technology Director at Pick Up Stix, said the company has been very pleased with RTO, saying the transition was very smooth. “RTO was able to install their software and go live with all 74 stores within a month,” he said. “We are very happy with the service and already have seen increases in both our orders and average ticket.”
Kiefer said RTO is looking forward to a long relationship with Pick Up Stix and will continue to update their site with enhanced mobile technology and new features such as Group Ordering and Social Media Ordering.
