Amplifinity Appoints Trisha Winter as Chief Marketing Officer
Ann Arbor, MI (PRWEB) March 10, 2015 -- Amplifinity, the global leader in technology-driven referral amplification software, today announced that Trisha Winter has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer, a new position created to help the company advance its brand goals in 2015 and beyond.
Trisha brings 20 years of technology marketing and management experience to her role as CMO at Amplifinity. Most recently she was VP of Brand and Communications for Dynatrace, a market-leading enterprise software division of Compuware, where she was responsible for all marketing and communications aspects of launching and establishing a new brand.
At Amplifinity, Trisha will add her considerable experience to the senior executive team as the company continues to execute its aggressive growth plan. Trisha provides strategic leadership to Amplifinity’s brand presence and will oversee a full range of marketing initiatives across industry sectors. She also brings her passion and expertise in referral marketing, brand advocacy, and demand generation to an already robust company roster of experts in the field, and will be authoring blog posts, byline articles, and white papers that will help customers develop, strengthen, and maintain successful referral programs.
“Amplifinity has been growing every year since we started, including a 94% increase in subscription commitments last year,” said Larry Angeli, CEO of Amplifinity. “Trisha brings the proven leadership experience and strategic background that we need to continually drive aggressive but efficient growth in 2015 and beyond.”
Trisha is the latest in a number of new hires that have strengthened and expanded the executive leadership team. Larry Angeli took over as CEO in late 2014, and the company also brought in Jeff Taylor as Vice President of Sales and Joel Van Haaften as Vice President of Client Success, both new and expanded positions necessitated by the company’s growth.
“It’s very exciting to join such an accomplished team at a fast-paced and growing start up like Amplifinity,” said Trisha. “I’ve been in marketing for 20 years and referrals are widely-recognized as the most effective way to generate high quality leads. I’m looking forward to being able to play a role in helping other marketers evolve their marketing mix and see more success through understanding and implementing successful brand advocacy programs.”
Trisha has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University and an MBA with a concentration in high-tech marketing from Case Western Reserve University. She will be overseeing a newly expanded Amplifinity marketing team.
