Lex Air Conditioning and Heating recognized as a top Trane dealer in Dallas Fort-Worth

Lex Air Conditioning and Heating, a Carrollton heating and cooling contractor serving businesses and homeowners throughout Dallas, announces it is a Trane Comfort Specialist.

Lex Air has long been a Trane Independent Dealer, but 2015 is the first year the company achieved the coveted Comfort Specialist status with Trane.

“Each year, thousands of dealers across the country attempted to meet our strict qualifications for a Trane Comfort Specialist,” said Ron Hageman, Territory Manager of Trane. “Lex Air Conditioning and Heating has met our requirements, which include customer satisfaction, education on Trane HVAC systems and revenue expectations. They are more than an independent Trane Dealer and will receive many benefits with this achievement.”

“Becoming a Trane Comfort Specialist is affirmation of years of commitment to Trane and our customers,” said Cory Contreras, Co-Owner of Lex Air. “We look forward to our continued growth with Trane and serving more DFW residents and businesses.”

Lex Air Conditioning and Heating’s roots in Dallas began in the '80s. Current Co-Owners Cory and Anthony Contreras began helping their father with his HVAC business on summer breaks. By 18, the brothers were working full time and incorporated Lex Air Conditioning and Heating in 2003.

Today, the company provides residential and commercial air conditioning and heating, from installation to repair and maintenance. Two crews serve customers all over DFW 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A call to the company for a fast A/C repair at 3 in the morning goes directly to the owners, who have made customer satisfaction a priority. This dedication to customers shows online, as the family owned company receives rave reviews on Google and Yelp.
