Leading Marketing Platform’s Outstanding Customer Service Recognized for Sixth Time

Bronto Software, the leading marketing platform for commerce, was presented with a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Software – 100 or More Employees category at the ninth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

This is the sixth time since 2009 that Bronto has been selected as a Sales & Customer Service winner in this category and the ninth time the company was selected as a finalist. The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top sales, business development, contact center and customer service awards. The program organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows, including the prestigious American Business Awards and International Business Awards.

More than 1,900 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition, an increase of 27 percent from 2014. Finalists were determined by calculating the average scores of 139 professionals worldwide, who served as preliminary judges. More than 100 members of several specialized judging committees determined the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements during final judging earlier this month.
