Steve Lund & Michael Xavier from “Bitten” reveal new twists in “Bitten” Season 2 on Maria Menounos’ network AfterBuzz TV!
(PRWEB) March 10, 2015 -- Bitten's Steve Lund & Michael Xavier appeared on Maria Menounos’ online broadcast network AfterBuzz TV with host Annika Michelle where they discussed what new twists fans can expect in season 2 of the SyFy show, their Mardi Gras “bromance” experience, how they really get ready for their shirtless scenes, and what advice they can give to aspiring actors.
Xavier reveals that there are a lot of changes in season 2 for his character Logan since he is now having a baby boy. “This season is definitely a lot more darker and deeper than the first one since I have a lot at stake with this baby.” It’ll be interesting to see if he raises the baby boy with the pack or on his own.
Recently Lund and Xavier drove down to LA together from Toronto and stopped by Mardi Gras in New Orleans on the way. Lund said, “There is a hilarious video of me taping the parade on Instagram and this giant plastic diamond ring on a necklace comes flying at me and I didn’t see it and it just smashes me in the face.” They both said that they would go back to Mardi Gras in a heartbeat.
If you’re wondering how they prepare for their shirtless scenes Lund revealed, “We definitely do pushups before the scene, use some sandbags from around set as weights... Also we're eating very little carbs, very little sugars and cut out beer and switch to the lighter cal stuff.”
Xavier added, “When you’re shooting you’re focused on that so it helps with the cutting out of the foods.”
As far as advice for aspiring actors Xavier said, “Risk it all, you just gotta go all in or not at all, just go get it but I think that’s with anything in life.” Lund said, “It’s a journey a long journey and if you don’t have belief in yourself no one is going to believe in you, you can do it.”
