Beneficial State Bank recently promoted Randell Leach to Regional President of the Pacific Northwest division and Matt Anderson to Senior Vice President.

Leach, a corporate entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in financial services, was the bank’s Chief Credit Officer prior to taking on this new role. He brings broad expertise in finance, operations, new market development, and the ability to creatively structure and negotiate deals. “Randell is a natural leader and has been pivotal to our recent growth and success,” said Kat Taylor, Beneficial State Co-Founder & Co-CEO. “In his new role, he will have an even greater impact on mission-aligned and fair financial services to the individuals, businesses and organizations we serve in our local communities.” As Regional President, Leach’s new role will encompass sales oversight over loans, transactions, deposits, and non-interest income products. Leach will lead Beneficial State’s efforts to expand the bank’s service area and mission in the Pacific Northwest.

Anderson has worked in commercial lending for 15 years, with extensive experience in client services and managing commercial loan portfolios with complete underwriting ability. “Matt Anderson has had a stellar performance as a top producer over the past 2 years and this promotion recognizes his consistent success in sourcing new loan opportunities and attracting strong mission congruent companies to the Beneficial State family,” said Taylor.

Both residents of Portland, Leach and Anderson are very involved in their community. Leach currently serves on the Board of Directors of EarthAdvantage, a Portland-based nonprofit whose mission is to accelerate the creation of better buildings. Anderson serves on the Board of Directors of Playworks PNW. Playworks PNW improves the health and well-being of children by increasing opportunities for physical activity and safe, meaningful play.
