Capital Resorts Group was presented with a Bronze Stevie® Award on Friday, February 27, 2015 during a gala banquet at the Bellagio in Las Vegas among more than 500 executives in attendance. The category in which Capital Resorts Group placed was for Innovation in Customer Service for their Distinct Differences Program.
Distinct Differences was developed by Capital Resorts Group as a five-tiered program providing deluxe bedding and linens, Italian toiletries, modern technology, a South American coffee blend and grocery delivery program at select Capital Collection destinations.
