The first website that allows UK property sellers to compare prices and services of online estate agents at a glance has expanded.'s comparison tool now enables users to compare 17 online estate agents, compared with 10 when the site was initially launched in January.

All of the leading online estate agents are featured, including Purplebricks, eMoov,, Hatched, Housesimple, House Network and Sarah Beeny's Tepilo. Many of the up and coming entrants to the market are covered too, such as Turtle Homes, Sell My Home and House Tree.

The comparison tool - located at: - has a filter that enables users to quickly and efficiently find the online agent that offers the services they require, such as hosted viewings, floorplans, professional photographs, sales negotiation, progression and for sale boards.

Once the user has selected the services they need it displays all of the agents that offer them, alongside specific deal prices, and a link through to the agents' website. Selected agents will also have a callback request button, making it even easier to get answers to questions about the services on offer.

Fixed fee online estate agents are a growing trend in the UK property market, and sellers are attracted by the potential to save money compared with using a traditional high street agent.

Many online estate agents charge less than £500 to sell a property regardless of its sale price, compared with a typical estate agent's fee of 1.5% - which can run into several thousand pounds, depending on what the property sells for.
