Greenberg Traurig's Hugo Lopez-Coll to Speak at ACI’s 2nd Mexico Summit on Anti-Corruption
MEXICO CITY (PRWEB) March 11, 2015 -- Hugo Lopez-Coll, a shareholder with the international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP, is scheduled to speak at the Second Mexico Summit on Anti-Corruption. The program, hosted by the American Conference Institute (ACI), will take place Tuesday and Wednesday, March 24-25, 2015 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Mexico City, Mexico.
Lopez-Coll will speak Wednesday at 1:45 p.m. on the topic “How to Minimize Joint Venture and Consortia Bribery Risks, Especially when Working with State-Owned Enterprises.” His speech will focus on effective due diligence trends, including his experience successfully implementing anti-corruption programs in many countries, including various jurisdictions in Latin America and Mexico, focusing on those cases where a relationship is established with a public-private partnership or with a company with government investment.
