The Catering Institute, a sister division of MonkeyMedia Software, has announced the launch of Catering Insights, a website dedicated to restaurant catering, takeout and delivery operations.
Catering Insights features executive commentary, articles and videos highlighting leadership, sales and marketing, centralized services, operations and delivery best practices with a focus on growing off-premise restaurant sales.

Valerie Killifer, former editor of FastCasual.com and founder of P-O-P Content & Communications will oversee all aspects of editorial content and education through the website and future events.
