Dynamic Benchmarking, a provider of customized online benchmarking and reporting solutions, is pleased to announce the launch of a new, interactive benchmarking survey platform for the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI). The new tool brings significant improvements in the efficiency and accuracy of data collection, analysis and reporting to the organization’s Hotel Digital Marketing Benchmarking Study.

Founded in 1927, HSMAI is an individual membership organization comprised of nearly 7,000 members from 35 countries and chapters worldwide. The association provides hotel professionals and their partners with tools, insights, and expertise to fuel sales, inspire marketing, and optimize revenue. Now in its second year, the Hotel Digital Marketing Benchmark Study helps hoteliers measure how effective their current digital marketing techniques and strategies are as compared to their peers as well as highlight areas where they could focus on improvement. Additionally, it monitors emerging trends and innovations happening in hotel digital marketing and shares applicable insights about them with travel marketers.

“We consistently hear from hoteliers that it’s not only difficult to measure the success of digital marketing programs but it’s also difficult, and near impossible, to figure out how a program has performed relative to the industry,” said Bob Gilbert, President and CEO of HSMAI. “This study will hopefully help answer some of those questions.”

New this year for HSMAI members is the Dynamic Benchmarking interactive platform that delivers customizable reports and insights to help hotel owners and professionals in their resource allocation decision-making. The interactive study provides dynamic reporting, personalized data, and meaningful insights to help hoteliers develop resource allocation strategies that drive revenue and profit. Hoteliers responsible for more than one property will also be able to switch from account to account using a single login and all data will be provided anonymously through Dynamic Benchmarking’s secure interface.
