2014 was a banner year for Climb Real Estate Group; they finished the year as the #7 brokerage in San Francisco, outpacing some of San Francisco’s oldest brokerages (by sales volume per SFAR MLS). Climb had a high concentration of buyer representation in nearly all of San Francisco’s new construction projects, and they officially opened their Mission Bay office space with an innovative retail concept featuring local products by SF Made.
In 2015, Climb will be establishing a new luxury division with the assistance of real estate agent Justin Fichelson, formerly of Sotheby’s and Pacific Union, who will serve as the brand’s luxury ambassador.
