Vince Rokose Named COO for Insurance Agency First Financial Security, Inc.
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) March 16, 2015 -- First Financial Security, Inc. President Meg Jones announced today the promotion of Vince Rokose from Senior Director of Operations to Chief Operations Officer. In addition to oversight of the many areas that comprise the Operations Department, Vince will serve on the organization’s Executive Leadership Team.
“In the short time he’s been with the company, Vince has established himself as a leader who can deliver no matter the challenge,” Jones said. “He quickly demonstrated this through his work with our IT team in developing systems to improve efficiencies in Operations.”
After graduating from New Jersey’s Monmouth College with a bachelor of sciences degree in Accounting and Rider University with an MBA in Finance, Rokose began his 20-year corporate career at Merrill Lynch. There he focused on branch office profitability and analysis.
He moved on to work with several other financial services companies, many of which have business models similar to that of First Financial Security. It was during this time, he developed systems, support and tools that will now help FFS and its field associates achieve its goals and experience sustained growth.
Rokose, who joined First Financial Security in November 2014, maintains his Series 65, and Life, Health and Real Estate licenses. He lives in Johns Creek, GA, with his wife, Suzanne, and their two children.
