Cord Master purchases multiple wire processing machines to increase capacity.

We are very excited about this increase in our wire processing capacity. As demand for our services has grown, we are constantly looking to update our equipment and ensure that our customers are getting state-of-the-art wire processing.

Cord Master Engineering recently acquired multiple wire processing machines from Carpenter Mfg. Equipment included:

  •     Model 93 Compu-Strip - an all-electric bench top measure, cut & strip machine. The Model 93 can process a broad range of material from 12-32 AWG stranded & solid copper wire and multi-conductor cables up to .275" OD.
  •     Model 36A - Provides clean, square cuts on a broad range of wire, cable and tubing. For processing flexible and rigid type tubings including Split Convoluted, Viton, PVC, Silicone, Rubber and many more.
  •     Model 56A –Bench Top on demand Prefeed/Dereeler designed to provide a constant and undisturbed supply of wire from either a wire Spool or barrel.
