Campbellsville University Recognized for Value to Students
Campbellsville, KY (PRWEB) March 16, 2015 -- Campbellsville University named one of the best values in Christian higher education.
A recent report published by The Project on Student Debt (an initiative from The Institute for College Access & Success) names Campbellsville University in the top 10 colleges nationwide for lowest student debt loans at graduation. The report found that just 44% of Campbellsville graduates leaves with debt and, of those, most have debt loans under $8,000.
The study looked at the graduating class of 2012-2013 and found that nearly 70% of undergraduates concluding their undergraduate programs left with an average debt loan of roughly $28,000. The study found that a major component to amount of debt at graduation was the choice of institution entered into, suggesting that choosing a lower debt loan school at the start of your degree program is a wise decision.
Another report, this one published in 2014 by ChristianUniversitiesOnline.org, ranked Campbellsville University as the 4th best value in Christian education, with an average cost of just over $14,000. This study ranked only schools accredited by the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS) or a member/affiliate of the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities (CCCU) with a minimum population of 1,000 students.
When paired together, these two studies highlight the incredible value that Campbellsville University is proud to offer their current and future students.
