Transilwrap Company Acquires Clear Focus Imaging
Franklin Park, IL (PRWEB) March 18, 2015 -- Transilwrap Company, Inc., a value-added manufacturer, converter and distributor of specialty film products, has acquired Clear Focus Imaging, Inc.
Clear Focus is the premier manufacturer and supplier of One Way Vision™ films designed for indoor and outdoor advertising. The company utilizes patented technologies to create printable films engineered to create dramatic advertisements on vehicles, store fronts, skyscrapers, and other point-of-purchase window applications. Clear Focus serves customers in both North America and Europe, and operates a sales, manufacturing, converting and distribution site in Santa Rosa, California.

In November 2013, The Jordan Company, in partnership with the existing management team, acquired Transilwrap as a platform to build a leading global specialty films company. Clear Focus represents the second acquisition in 15 months under Jordan’s ownership as it expands Transilwrap’s global end-market reach in targeted growth markets and increases its value-added manufacturing capabilities. All Clear Focus business operations and employees will continue to be managed separately by the current leadership team as part of Transilwrap’s Graphic Solutions Business Unit.
