Leading executive recruitment firm, Lucas Group, today announced the promotion of Alicia Moustoukas, from Marketing Project Specialist to Marketing Project Manager. Moustoukas joined the company’s corporate marketing team in Atlanta in late 2013 and has quickly established herself as a highly effective, results-focused leader.

Moustoukas has been responsible for spearheading key marketing initiatives, including the firm’s successful SEO program, PPC advertising, content creation and social media optimization. She skillfully coordinates a team of internal and external partners to drive revenue-producing programs, and her efforts have helped the marketing team exceed its lead generation and brand effectiveness goals.

Prior to Lucas Group, Moustoukas worked as a manager for The Aspire Group, a global sports marketing firm. There, she managed the National Sales Center for remote partnerships in Atlanta for the office’s first year of operation. During her tenure, the team of 38 sales consultants produced more than $1.045M in revenue in partnerships with organizations such as the NCAA Championships, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and the Honda Battle of the Bands. Moustoukas holds a BS in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
