Dozens of partygoers walked away from South by Pennfield, a private South by Southwest event, as winners Monday night. Shoutz, Inc. and their neighbors in the Pennfield office park ran prize giveaways during the event through the Front Flip mobile app, which Shoutz acquired late in 2014.
Front Flip combines mobile gaming, loyalty rewards, customer feedback and social sharing in one powerful app that’s been implemented in nearly 1,000 U.S. locations. Front Flip creates fun experiences using mobile scratch-off games, and at South by Pennfield, the odds of winning one of three prize types were very favorable.
The evening’s most valuable prizes, provided by Conley Sports Productions, were free race entries for the 2016 3M Half Marathon and the 2016 Austin Marathon or Half Marathon. The entry for the 3M Half Marathon is valued at $90, the Austin Marathon entry is worth $130 and the Austin Half Marathon entry is worth $100.
Shoutz also gave out 100 mini-bottles of Deep Eddy vodka, cans of High Brew coffee; drink koozies and more from iHeartMedia, and t-shirts from Brazen Animations and Fueld Films. Shoutz’s own prizes included portable electronics chargers and insulated drinking cups featuring the company’s logo.
