Q4 Touch is designed to improve the customer experience and bring together all of the touch-points that IR departments have with Q4. With easy workflow and real-time notifications, Q4 Touch provides instant access to the Q4 Team, Support Ticket Management, an innovative Earnings checklist service and detailed Website Analytics.

Organizing and executing earnings events is a time-consuming chore for many IROs. Q4 Touch simplifies the earnings process by creating a shared task list that is coordinated with and managed by Q4. Using Q4 Touch’s Checklist feature, the client personalizes their checklist with tasks associated with their quarterly earnings event and deliverables due in preparation for the event. The feature includes a countdown to the event and a task progress meter of open/closed tasks, which allows the IRO to focus on other activities.
Q4 Touch’s Website Analytics feature allows investor relations departments easy access to information using the simplified dashboard that includes an activity overview with stock comparison, locations, downloads, and the ability to see which financial institutions are accessing their website. IROs use the Analytics to better understand who their audience is, where they are coming from, what is driving traffic, and what content they are viewing on the site.
