StayNTouch Inc., provider of the cloud PMS Mobile Overlay Platform, is pleased to announce the implementation of its hotel software solutions to Great Wolf Lodge® in Williamsburg, Virginia. The family of indoor waterpark resorts will also add the platform to its remaining properties by year end.
Great Wolf Lodge Williamsburg is the second resort to use the mobile check in/out and housekeeping solutions. The platform has had great success and positive feedback. As a result, StayNTouch solutions will be added to the full Great Wolf Lodge brand over the next 8 months.
StayNTouch allows the front desk team to move from behind the actual desk and directly engage with guests throughout the hotel via a PMS integrated, touch/tablet optimized interface. With StayNTouch solutions, the resort’s full check-in process includes RFID wristbands, which serve as the room key and a wallet-less payment system for purchases made in the resort. The wristbands are created straight from the program’s iPad.
In addition, Great Wolf Lodge New England, in Fitchburg, Massachusetts and the resort in Williamsburg added the housekeeping team to the StayNTouch program. Housekeepers now have mobile access to update and check the status of each room, allowing for improved communication across the departments in real time, further expediting the guest check-in process.
Great Wolf Lodge Williamsburg implemented two StayNTouch cloud solutions on one platform:
- StayNTouch Rover FrontOffice™: Overlay on top of PMS bringing the front office functionality onto a mobile/tablet in a touch/graphic user experience. Including remote key encoding & secure credit card swipe featuring P2P encryption. Enables staff flexibility to service guests anytime, anywhere.
- StayNTouch - Rover Housekeeping™: Via any mobile device (iTouch, tablet, etc.), housekeeping has touch-optimized user interface for full access to rooms-to-clean lists, room status, guest information and the ability to update room status after servicing.
