Leadership Call, LLC, a Veteran owned company offering Emotional Intelligence (EI) EQ-i 2.0 Certification, Training, and EI assessment services recorded over 200% growth in revenue during 2014. Contributing was an over 100% increase in the number of clients receiving their Certification credentials in the EQ-i 2.0 and bolstered by a 2014 launched online training option that was quickly embraced by internationally located professionals. Additional growth was added by a 50% increase in the number of client based EI Workshop programs.

EQ-i 2.0 is a scientifically validated Level B emotional intelligence assessment published by Multi-Health Systems (MHS) and used globally by world class companies as a core instrument for developing high performing teams, groups, and leaders at all levels.
