New course trains Team Members how to effectively use Microsoft Project Online and Project Server 2013

Sensei Project Solutions announced today the launch of a new online learning tool, the “PPM eCoach™ for Team Members.” This self-paced course teaches the role of the Team Member on a Proactive Project and enables team members to be effective with Microsoft Project Web App.

The “PPM eCoach™ for Team Members” course is the second in the series of Sensei’s PPM eCoach™ offerings, following last year’s release of the very successful “PPM eCoach™ for Project Managers.” The course comes in two versions, one for Project Online and one for Project Server 2013.

The “PPM eCoach™ for Team Members,” which aligns with industry standards from PMI®, enables organizations to prepare all of their team members to learn how to use Microsoft Project Web App at their own pace and on their own schedule.

“Team Member participation is key to any successful Project and Portfolio Management deployment. Their input of actual status on tasks as well as estimates-to-completion help drive accurate data into project status reports,” said Tad Haas, Director of Product Management at Sensei Project Solutions. “In addition, organizations wanting to do resource capacity/demand management with Microsoft PPM need this input to balance resource utilization.”
