RIPE, a Los Angeles-based, full-service creative agency is proud to announce the promotion of Kristen O’Connor to Director of Client Services. The first to fill this role, O’Connor will be responsible for leading an expanding team of Producers who will focus on providing RIPE’s clients with the guidance and attention needed to serve both their immediate and long-term marketing, digital and creative needs. In addition, O’Connor will continue to service a select number of the agency’s clients with whom she has a long-standing relationship, and to nurture those partnerships.

O’Connor joined RIPE as a Senior Producer in 2010. Previous to that she founded and managed her own digital consultancy business in New York City. A graduate of UCLA’s School of Theater, Film and Television, O’Connor began her career at MTV Networks as a Production Assistant. She entered the world of digital media as a Project Manager for The Velodea Group and would eventually hold the title of Senior Producer and Social Media Strategist for that organization.
