As Vice President of Operations, Virginia is responsible for client delivery, internal operations and business functions. Virginia brings more than 20 years experience in operations, planning, and leading departments for large media and marketing companies. She most recently served as president of an Atlanta interactive marketing agency where her teams won numerous awards including a silver Addy for an election iPad app, and an Atlanta Marketer of the Year Award for Best Social Media Campaign.
Virginia’s brand experience includes AT&T, Ingersoll Rand, Club Car, Trane Commercial, Georgia Lottery, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia Tech, Mayo Clinic and Emory University. She received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Colorado State University, where she majored in Business Management.
Brooke is the new Vice President of Client Strategy & Innovation. Brooke’s role is to ensure Brown Bag clients get innovative, strategic ideas and maximum return on the agency’s services. Internally, she leads the account teams and nurtures talent. She brings more than 15 years experience in client service and marketing strategy to the independent agency.
Prior to Brown Bag, Brooke most recently worked for Freebairn & Co. and Moxie. She has impacted brands including Georgia-Pacific’s Brawny, Kodak, Verizon Wireless, Coca-Cola and dozens more. Brooke graduated from Appalachian State in North Carolina with degrees in Communications and Marketing.
