Only a handful of homes remain at luxurious apartment development in Henderson offering the best in modern living including breathtaking views of Black Mountain and Las Vegas Strip

Vantage Luxury Flats & Lofts, the most elegant and sophisticated modern apartment development in the Las Vegas Valley, are nearing closeout with only a few two- and three-bedroom lofts available for lease in the distinctive and visually striking building in Henderson.

Once a symbol of the height of irrational exuberance of real estate developers in the Las Vegas Valley, Vantage Luxury Flats & Lofts has only a handful of vacant lofts remaining in the 110-loft complex. Envisioned as a $160 million project in 2007 by its original developer, Slade Development, Vantage went dormant in spring 2008 with the onset of the economic downturn. For years the only residents were the occasional coyote wandering in from the surrounding desert.

Current owner Goodman Real Estate added the partially completed project to its $2.5 billion portfolio in 2013, purchasing it for $10 million from Rothwell Gornt Cos., which acquired it out of bankruptcy court for an undisclosed sum in 2012. Although the bankruptcy price was not a matter of public record, a Rothwell executive claims to have turned a profit in flipping the property. The Pinnacle Family of Companies now manages the project.

Now fully completed, Vantage Luxury Flats & Lofts features sleek lines, luxurious finishes and a comprehensive range of amenities including 24-hour concierge service and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain ranges and the lights of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. The property’s lavishly appointed modern lofts range from 922 square feet to nearly 3,100 square feet. Prices range from $1,450 to $4,500 per month.

“Our residents are as techy as our modern, elegant building,” said Cassie Trujillo-Bostic, Business Manager of Vantage Luxury Flats & Lofts. “From surgeons to Strip business people and other corporate executives to successful entrepreneurs, our residents can leave the stress and congestion of the city behind and find their own tranquil retreat in our laid-back but contemporary atmosphere.

“An oversized infinity spa on the northwest corner of our property offers residents the most relaxing view of the Strip and the mountains. We have 20-foot window walls equipped for 84.7 percent heat rejection, providing residents with low energy costs and the finest views, amenities and surroundings in Southern Nevada.”

Vantage Luxury Flats & Lofts residents also enjoy a fitness center with an indoor lap pool, an outdoor lounge with a resort-style pool and secured underground parking.

Vantage recently leased seven units in a four-day span, a reflection of the community’s high demand. Unusual for many properties, some current tenants have opted to move into larger homes within the development, according to Trujillo-Bostic. The property also recently conducted a tenants’ party with an open invitation to the community that featured the popular dance-rock band Ashley Red and food provided by the famous Baby’s Badass Burgers truck.

“Whether it’s your first, second or third residence, there’s no baggage required when you fly into Las Vegas and come home to Vantage,” Trujillo-Bostic said.
