New Addition Strengthens RevSpring's Ability to Provide Comprehensive, End-to-End Communication and Payment Solutions

RevSpring Inc., a leading provider of revenue cycle technology services including data analytics, multi-channel communications and payment solutions, has completed its acquisition of Revenue Advantage, a long-time partner of RevSpring, headquartered in Seattle, Washington.

Revenue Advantage, a provider of interactive voice messaging, interactive text messaging, electronic communication and payment services, has been a strategic partner of RevSpring for eight years. Its advanced technology is already integrated into RevSpring’s payment technology platforms, which made acquisition a natural next step for the future of both organizations.

RevSpring continues to invest in advanced communications, messaging and payment technologies in response to the growing need for next-generation RCM tools among its healthcare and receivables management customer base. “Many of our clients have already been tremendously successful with Revenue Advantage’s services,” said Tim Schriner, chief executive officer and president of RevSpring. “By bringing this technology in-house, we’re able to expand on that value and help clients build more precise, targeted communications and workflows.”

“Leaders in healthcare and financial services are seeking out more sophisticated, end-to-end solution providers” said Kevin Hileman, chief executive officer of Revenue Advantage. “Given our past success with RevSpring, and the ability to capitalize on this trend with a more comprehensive service offering, this was truly a win-win opportunity.”

Together, the companies create a unique combination of seamless workflow automation and integrated communication and payment solutions. Backed by RevSpring’s analytic intelligence platform, clients will be positioned to drastically improve engagement strategies, increase cash flow and decrease communication expenses.

Revenue Advantage will operate as a stand-alone subsidiary of RevSpring, Inc. with its own distinct brand identity. RAI co-founders Hileman and Charlie Cressman, president, will continue to lead the company.
